If you are at your wit's end and you cant spend another minute on the phone with an incommunicable Dell rep, send a not so happy email toMichael_Dell@Dell.com.
At one point in time this might have been the CEO's real email, now it just passes you along to an Executive Technical Support Expert - which is some progress.
If that doesn't work try Jacob_Isaac@dell.com or Saroj_Lanong@dell.com. These are real e-mail addresses to Executive Support (still in India) but might get you somewhere.
